DeFi Insurance Platform Uno Re Launches Coverage Portal for Crypto Assets

Uno Re, a decentralized insurance platform, has launched a coverage portal that allows DeFi users to immediately insure their crypto assets, according to a press release.

The company said it was meeting the need for the DeFi space — affordable insurance amid the possibility of hacker attacks — which increased several times over the previous year in the first quarter of 2022.

According to the company, the coverage portal can scan users’ wallets, detect insured assets in them, measure possible risks using an artificial intelligence-based algorithm, and allow users to protect their assets online. The platform provides users with the ability to pay their fees in USD Coin (USDC) stablecoins .
